Cambodia e-Arrival Card (CeA) is a recently introduced immigration form mandatory for all travelers considering a trip to Cambodia by air. The Cambodian government launched the e-Arrival Card as a trial scheme between January 1, 2024, and June 30, 2024. Throughout this period, the form can be completed either online or in a traditional paper form.
Once the trial period ends (July 1, 2024), the Cambodian Arrival Card must be submitted electronically before every trip to Cambodia.
Travelers can quickly complete the Cambodian immigration and health information form online by providing all necessary details and covering the processing fee. Once the Cambodian government processes the application, the e-Arrival Card receipt will be emailed to the applicant.

- Refresh your email: just after you make the payment, go to your email inbox and check for the confirmation email.
Once you receive an email with the confirmation of your e-Arrival Card, you may save it on your smartphone or other electronic device or/and make its printed backup copy. Upon arrival in Cambodia, you may be asked to present your e-Arrival Card receipt.
